We collect only the data needed to operate the RPG features and provide gameplay services.
- Discord identifiers: Discord User ID, Server (Guild) ID, and Channel ID when you use commands.

- Guild-related data: guild membership, roles/ranks, guild treasury contributions, guild statistics.
- Economy data: balances (Crystals/Galleons), transactions related to gameplay (shop purchases, trades).
- Optional logs (limited): basic command usage logs for debugging (e.g., command name + timestamp + server id).
2) What We Don’t Collect
- We do not store passwords.
- We do not read or store your private messages (DMs) unless you directly interact with the Bot in a DM.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not collect real-world identity details (name, address) unless you explicitly provide them in support tickets.
3) How We Use Your Information
- Provide gameplay: profiles, leveling, duels, leaderboards, guild systems, quests, boss fights.
- Prevent abuse: detect cheating/exploits, spam, or malicious usage of commands.
- Support & troubleshooting: resolve issues you report and improve performance.
- Analytics (basic): understand which features are used to prioritize improvements.
4) Legal Basis (General)
We process data to provide the service and to maintain the Bot’s security and reliability.
If your region requires it, processing may be based on legitimate interests (service operation, anti-abuse)
or your consent (where applicable).
5) Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share limited information only in these cases:
- Service providers: hosting/database providers used to run the Bot (only what’s necessary).
- Legal requirements: if required by law or a valid legal request.
- Safety & enforcement: to protect users, servers, or the Bot from harm/abuse.

10) Children’s Privacy
The Bot is intended for general audiences on Discord. If you are under the minimum age required in your region,
