These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hogwarts Magic Bot (“the Bot”). By inviting, accessing, or using the Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

1) The Service

Hogwarts Magic Bot is a Discord RPG experience providing game features such as profiles, leveling, duels, guilds, inventory systems, leaderboards, and related gameplay mechanics.

2) Eligibility

• You must comply with Discord’s Terms and Community Guidelines.
• If you are under the minimum age required in your region, you may not use the Bot.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your country/region.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, abuse loopholes, or attempt to cheat the economy/progression systems.
• Use automation, scripts, or macros to gain unfair advantages.
• Spam commands, intentionally lag the Bot, or disrupt servers.
• Attempt to access, scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the Bot’s infrastructure.
• Use the Bot for unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.

4) Economy, Virtual Items & Trades

• All in-game currency (Crystals, Galleons) and items are virtual and have no real-world value.
• Trades are performed at your own risk; the Bot does not guarantee outcomes or resolve every dispute.
• We may adjust prices, rewards, drop rates, or balance to maintain fair gameplay.

5) Premium Features (If Any)

Premium features may be offered to support development. If premium exists, we may change premium benefits, pricing, and availability to keep the game balanced and sustainable.

• Premium benefits are not guaranteed to remain the same forever.
• Refund policies (if applicable) will be communicated via official support channels.

6) Service Availability

We aim for high uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be unavailable due to: maintenance, updates, outages, platform issues, or unexpected failures.

7) Changes to the Bot & These Terms

We may update features, systems, rules, or policies at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes occur.

8) Termination & Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot (temporarily or permanently) if you violate these Terms, abuse the system, or harm the community.

• Examples: cheating, exploitation, harassment, repeated spamming, or attempted compromise.
• Enforcement actions may include resets, item removal, currency removal, cooldown extensions, or bans.

9) Disclaimers

• The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not guarantee that the Bot will always be error-free or bug-free.
• Game balance may change over time; your progression may be affected by updates.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Bot, including lost data, lost progression, or server disruption.
